Australian Postage & Handling:
All items are shipped using Australian parcel post.
Australia-wide Postage & Handling costs are included in all our online prices.
Packages shipped within Australia are usually received within 10-14 days of being ordered unless otherwise stated.

Australian orders can be pre-paid online using our Paypal secure merchant facilities.

Receipt:
Paypal will automatically issue a receipt for online payments.
A Rugmarketonline.com receipt will also be included in your order.
No Postage Required:
You may choose to come into our Ulverstone store and pick up your purchase. In this we recommend you contact us to arrange your order instead of using our online payment facilites so you won't have to pay the shipping costs which are included in our online prices.

All our products are brand new and are shipped in perfect condition, free of defect and damage, 100% guaranteed.
Return Policy:
If you decide you don't like your purchase apon receiving your order you may cover the cost to post it back to us for an exchange. Please contact us immediately to organise the exchange as we will not make exchanges after 7 days of you receiving the order.
Rugmarketonline.com does not provide refunds for received orders as we only ship rugs and mats that are in perfect condition. If something does happen to your order during shipping then you will have to contact Australia Post to discuss the issue with them.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived in the time expected please contact your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you. If they don't have it, please email us with your order details and we'll look into it for you.
Product Colours Online:
Product colours may differ slightly from on screen colours because every monitor has different display settings. We have tried to get the colours as close as possible but we can not promise that the colours are exactly the same as displayed on your monitor.
Product Photos:
Product photos have been taken in house. Unfortunately we do not have the best quality camera and we don't have a photography studio so our photos are not entirley splendid. Photos have been enhanced slightly to try and get the colours as close to the original product as possible. In real life we believe product colours are a lot more vivid than these photos show.
Stock Availability:
We endevour to keep our website up to date but it is possible that we could sell out of an item before having the time to update this on our site. If you have purchased an item that has just sold out we will contact you to see if you would like to wait for new stock to arrive, choose a different product or if you would like a refund.
